the staff were kind .

the room i was initially given was not clean. there was a noticeable stain on the mattress (this should not happen in this supposed kind of hotel). also, the pool water was quite cloudy, made swimming unappealing (i decided against it)

The hotel lobby was very inviting and light filled. The staff were helpful and very attentive. I appreciated proximity to restaurants and shopping. A movie theatre was across the street. A grocery store opened 24 hours a day with anything you could want including hot meals was one block away. The Saint Paul's hospital was within walking distance too.

I extended one night and the room key was not working. It was because according to them I had to check out, this happened twice. I was about to miss my flight.

The room was not as clean as expected. I found hairs in the bathroom that was off putting. the shower was quite small and difficult to enjoy. Room service ended early too I did not have a late-night snack.
