The hotel is directly connected to the airport terminals. This made our early morning departure very easy. The room was spacious with a comfortable bed. I found the staff very helpful with directions.
The in-room coffee was not great. I EXPECTED A BETTER TASTE.

I appreciated that I could walk directly into the airport using a staircase. The check-in and check-out times differed from standard times and worked perfectly for my early flight.
The bathroom shower had a strange design. A proper shower resulted in water all over the bathroom floor. I also noticed my billing statement included an extra night charged to my card even though I had already paid online with a different card.

we stayed one night before an early flight and it was so convenient. the front desk staff were helpful with directions for the skytrain to get dinner downtown. baggage assistance was excellent!
The wait for room service was long. I waited 20 minutes on hold. the shower handle spun and spun with no stops. It was hard to get the water temperature right.
