acceptable stay, concerning temperature control
faulty temperature controldisruptive noise
the room temperature was a significant issue. the central heating made my room unbearably hot, and the temperature control system did not function. the staff suggested i open a window, however, this introduced considerable noise and light, disrupting my sleep. i found this solution unacceptable.

i found the location very convenient. the breakfast buffet offered MANY choices. the staff was attentive and quick to respond to requests. the room had modern amenities and a VERY efficient layout.

the decor throughout was fun and interesting the rooms were spacious and super clean i found the staff very pleasant and helpful they offered great customer service the breakfast was delicious with a good range of choices
the room was relatively small i thought it felt visually uncomfortable because it's cluttered with random items
