The hotel sits across from the brussels-midi station. this made access to trains and the metro very easy. i appreciated the helpful staff . They were always available. my room included a fresh towel daily.

the corridors felt a little impersonal, almost like a hospital, this was a very minor thing though.

The cleanliness was insufficient. I found hair on the bedspread and dust in the corner of the room. it was too hot at night. the air-con did not work, so i couldn't sleep well with the window open due to noise.
