fantastic family getaway!
caring staff groomed territory clean pool
I found the staff to be very caring. the territory was also well-groomed. i really appreciated the huge selection of breakfast dishes. the pool and beach areas were clean too. It.
the prices for lunch and dinner were quite high. i ended up ordering through careem most days. this helped manage costs, but it would have been better to have more affordable options within the resort itself.

the rooms are spacious with modern furniture. everything smells very good throughout the hotel. cleanliness is superb, i found the staff to be great in maintaining it.

the breakfast had many tasty choices. the staff were helpful and friendly. i received a free room upgrade for a special occasion. i also got welcome sweets and a cake!!!
the gym was smaller than i expected, though adequate.

a gem on the palm
varied buffet flavorful food helpful staff lovely assistant
The breakfast buffet offered such variety. i loved the food in the restaurants. It tasted so flavorful. all of the staff were helpful to me. a gentleman named kannav at the front desk was especially lovely and helpful. i appreciated his assistance.
I noticed a slight delay once with room service. It wasn't a huge deal.
