my daughter checked in early since we had different flights! the club lounge was quite relaxing, though the breakfast selection was somewhat limited. i even got a nice upgrade. the staff were kind, i really appreciate that. the private lounge access was great too! breakfast on the terrace was lovely, with excellent service and a great selection of food.
i found that the floor in my room wasn't super clean. there were some cigarette stains near the entrance and coffee stains on the carpet. it gave the room a slightly worn feel.

The breakfast buffet offered a generous variety of fresh and delicious options for all tastes. One morning, i watched someone personally prepare coffee with care! there was also a nice terrace where one could dine and enjoy the scenery.

the staff provided really good service throughout the stay, with several staff members showing attentiveness and kindness! the reception team was particularly wonderful, sorting an earlier check in, and housekeeping kept the room super clean.

the room was spacious. it had a nice large cozy bed. i could look over the balcony towards the pool and the sea. the breakfast was plentiful. the food was amazing!!!
finding sunbeds was difficult. i had to visit a different hotel to secure sunbeds for my family. coffee took 10-15 minutes to arrive after several reminders. on multiple occasions, drink orders took 20 minutes.
