fantastic stay with amazing service!
relaxing lounge nice upgrade helpful staff private lounge access
my daughter checked in early since we had different flights! the club lounge was quite relaxing, though the breakfast selection was somewhat limited. i even got a nice upgrade. the staff were polite, i really appreciate that. the private lounge access was great too! breakfast on the terrace was lovely, with excellent service and a great selection of food.
i found that the floor in my room wasn't super clean. there were some cigarette stains near the entrance and coffee stains on the carpet. it gave the room a slightly worn feel.

The room was spacious and well maintained, offering a comfortable stay! every detail was carefully considered for guest comfort. The bed was comfortable and had quality linens, ensuring a restful night's sleep.

The breakfast buffet offered a generous variety of fresh and delicious options for all tastes. One morning, i watched someone personally prepare coffee with care! there was also a nice terrace where one could dine and enjoy the scenery.

the staff provided really good service throughout the stay, with several staff members showing attentiveness and kindness! the reception team was particularly wonderful, sorting an earlier check in, and housekeeping kept the room super clean.

a satisfactory stay
large cozy bed balcony view plentiful breakfast sunbed availability slow coffee service delayed drink orders
the room was spacious. it had a nice large cozy bed. i could look over the balcony towards the pool and the sea. the breakfast was plentiful. the food was amazing!!!
finding sunbeds was difficult. i had to visit a different hotel to secure sunbeds for my family. coffee took 10-15 minutes to arrive after several reminders. on multiple occasions, drink orders took 20 minutes.

shuttle service breakfast buffet restaurant option long check missing assistance uncleaned room
the breakfast buffet had a wide selection of food items. the shuttle service provided easy access to nearby attractions. i liked that the restaurants offer many options for dining.
the check in took a long time. i didn't receive help with my bags when i arrived. my room wasnt cleaned one day .

a mixed experience
lovely pools good food room availability staff communication
all food was very good. the room was big enough. i liked the location near the beach, also pools were very lovely.
the checkin had big problem. i find issues with room availability. staff had no communication skills at all in general.
