Excellent Stay Near the Quay
friendly staffcomfortable bedspacious doubles
The staff was very friendly and helpful. I had a mixture of rooms from single to beautiful double. All rooms had comfortable beds and a great selection of towels. The doubles were large and spacious with coffee machines and more toiletries.
The railway station is at the end of the street and traffic could be heard from the rooms at the front.

Food was excellent all round. I had a light snack for lunch when I arrived. Breakfast was superb with a great selection of freshly cooked main options. Eggs were poached to perfection!

The location is great. It is a short walk from the quay and high street. Easy parking is available! The staff recommended places to eat and looked after us when we needed anything.

The room was clean. It had a comfortable bed and I could see everything they had thought about. The rooms have different themes! They are beautifully decorated and spacious with nice bathrooms.

The hotel is near the train station. I found a parking area. The room was quite spacious and very clean. The breakfast had a good choice and I found it very well presented.
The television had a poor reception and was hard to watch at times.

i received early access to my key and was able to leave my bags. staff also served me breakfast even though i arrived late. i had free parking, very convenient. the location was excellent, putting me close to town and the quayside
the collection of empty bottles at 6am was disruptive. the noise shattered the morning peace.

i stayed in a beautiful double room sea view. the room was spacious with nice bed linen. breakfast was particularly good, a gastro pub style. i found the staff friendly and helpful.
Check-in was advertised as 2pm but it was actually 2.30pm. some mould was on the bathroom tiles. an extension cable ran along the bedroom floor. I didn't really find that acceptable.
