our stay wasn't awful. the room seemed quite dated. i found the television channels fuzzy and difficult to watch. also, the promised toiletries were missing, we loved the pool. but the view was amazing!

I really enjoyed the gardens, so pretty and well maintained! The breakfast was also very good. I especially liked the sausages, they had great quality. The lounges and bar area were super comfortable too.
My room was not as described. The family room was unavailable! I received a double room instead and the receptionist offered no gesture for the inconvenience. I did notice issues after that disappointment. The shower head was covered in limescale, so it hadn't been deep cleaned.

the hotel boasts fine gardens, places perfect for gentle walks. the staff greeted me warmly, handling my luggage with care upon my arrival. the outdoor pool, opened again, provided a refreshing experience even in september..
the sauna was out of service for over a week , slightly limiting the available recreational options.

worn sofabed damage
The room felt a bit outdated! the sofa in the lounge was quite worn, and there weren't any side tables for drinks. the hot water took ages to arrive, and that was annoying. the base of the bed had holes and damage. It didn't look very appealing.
