the BREAKFAST included a wide selection. THE room had complimentary tea, coffee, and water. Sky channels were available on the television.

the hotel offered a convenient location near moorfields station shops and restaurants this met my expectations for accessibility
my room faced a brick wall it lacked natural light the bathroom floor became completely drenched after a shower because there were no rubber mats provided i found this dangerous

Excellent location and helpful staff
great location discounted parking delicious breakfast sky channels
The hotel is a short walk from Pier Head and the city center. I found the discounted parking at an NCP around the corner very convenient. The breakfast was delicious. The tv had SKY channels.
The minibar was not fully stocked. It could have had a LITTLE more.

The room was clean and bright. The size was good and included late check out, I liked how the breakfast had a hot choice in comparison to buffet styles in most hotels. There were also pastries and bread.

The staff were very helpful, especially the front desk. I had access to WiFi. Bar staff made change for bills easily. The employees were perfect, very professional and friendly.

Dinner was good, and breakfast was lovely (especially the English breakfast). I appreciate that a warm drink and breakfast are served directly at the table. The restaurant is very convenient, I enjoyed the pastries.

Solid Choice for a Visit
stocked minibar clean kettle handy shelving
The room included a mini fridge stocked with free water and snacks, a welcome touch. The kettle was very clean, a plus. Wooden laminate flooring felt more hygienic than carpet. Shelving in the bathroom provided needed space.
The room was noisy. The air con system was so loud, even when I switched it off. This made it hard to sleep through the night.

The reception area looked clean. The hotel features laminated floors in rooms, which I did appreciated. There are options for breakfast beyond a standard full English, accommodating for various preferences.

The location on Chapel Street was fine. It provided reasonable quiet. I could easily walk to Moorfields station quickly. Access to transport links made it convenient to get around the area.
