The hotel is a short walk from Pier Head and the city center. I found the discounted parking at an NCP around the corner very convenient. The breakfast was delicious. The tv had SKY channels.
The minibar was not fully stocked. It could have had a LITTLE more.

The room was clean and bright. The size was good and included late check out, I liked how the breakfast had a hot choice in comparison to buffet styles in most hotels. There were also pastries and bread.

The room included a mini fridge stocked with free water and snacks, a welcome touch. The kettle was very clean, a plus. Wooden laminate flooring felt more hygienic than carpet. Shelving in the bathroom provided needed space.
The room was noisy. The air con system was so loud, even when I switched it off. This made it hard to sleep through the night.
