bright lighthot water
the bathroom mirror light was excessively bright and could not be turned off. this impacted my sleep. i informed staff, yet the issue remained unresolved. furthermore, the shower lacked hot water on the first night.

clean roomknocking noisebroken edging
the room was clean upon arrival, SO that was acceptable.
the bathroom fan made an awful knocking noise ALL night. i mentioned the problem to the staff, but nobody did anything to fix it. also, the shower's plastic edging was broken and felt cheap.

the location was superb, right by the river! the room was very clean, with everything i needed! breakfast was delicious, served by a lovely waitress!
the outside music on the terrace was loud! i needed the window open because the room was hot. the music continued until late, annoying.
