the staff at reception were helpful. they always greeted me with a smile.
the room was very hot. i couldn't adjust the heat, so i had to open the window and the towels felt very worn. it was hard to get comfortable after that, and it negatively affected my overall experience.

I have stayed multiple times and the staff always remembers me and my needs. During my recent visit, an ironing set and kettle were already placed in the room. This happened without me even requesting them. The front desk staff was consistently polite, and check-in and check-out were smooth processes.
The lack of air conditioning was noticeable, especially given the room's high cost.

The location was great, offering easy access to the surrounding areas.
I found the absence of air conditioning to be a major issue. The room became uncomfortably warm. Opening the windows led to significant street noise that disrupted my sleep. the decor felt cluttered and made the small space even more cramped. It lacked a proper wardrobe.
