i had a family room in an excellent location near the river. river and mountain views were visible. comfortable beds and pillows were available. also, the location was quiet.
the room was expensive and minimalist, i thought. it lacked any character. the staff were unfriendly. the room overlooked a large, unsightly car park with bright white lights that stayed on throughout the night.

The room did not have air conditioning. This. Sleeping was uncomfortable because of the heat.

I stayed for three nights. our balcony room offered nice river views, the room was spacious and clean. breakfast really stood out. I rated it five out of five. It had so many choices. the hotel staff was always awesome! they were helpful with any questions we had. I'm grateful.
the room did not have air conditioning, and it was very hot. a hotel with ac would have been better for such weather. i was thankful they provided a fan and offered an extra floor fan. but we loved the hotel. the location was awesome!

the location was good and we walked to most places i wanted to see.
the room felt old, and it really need work. the ceiling fan did not help much. the doors stayed open the second night, but it felt really loud.
