the breakfast delivered to the room each morning was good.

The room was not cleaned unless i specifically asked. sheets were not changed either, annoying. 'management' seemed totally absent. I never saw them.

The staff was polite and helpful! the room service breakfast tasted excellent. the signature rooms feature fine decor. the staff handled all challenges with professionalism. They showed great care. in addition, they provided complimentary champagne to compensate for initial issues.

The room was very dark. even with the lights on, i needed to use my phone's flashlight to see. I found this inconvenient. plug sockets beside the bed were also unusable, because they were cut into the furniture. Adapters did not fit.

The hotel had a great location. I walked to all the usual tourist attractions. the neighbourhood seemed clean, which i found reassuring. this ease of access made exploring so much more enjoyable, also very convenient.

Breakfast was delivered directly to the room! i received it on a tray. the presentation was lovely. The food tasted very fresh. the quality of ingredients contributed to a fantastic meal experience.

The lighting in some areas of the room was not optimal. It made reading in the evening slightly challenging.
