excellent stay
helpful staffquiet areaamazing bedmobile ac
the staff was very helpful and friendly , ready to assist. the hotel is in a quiet area. it made for a peaceful atmosphere. the king size bed was amazing.
the air conditioner didn't cool down the room enough. they put a mobile ac in the room. i had to plug the air tube myself and direct it outside the window.

the room included a safe and a coffee machine with free coffee and tea. linens were changed daily. our room was spacious and had a nice canal view from the double window.

the hotel is close to many key city attractions. it is a short walk to the lively leidseplein square. bus 397 to the airport is also conveniently nearby, about three minutes away.

a complimentary mini-fridge offered a nice touch. the hotel provided ample towels. staff offered free coffee while we waited for our room.

the location was quite good, about 15 minutes from the city center. the free minibar included some drinks and tea.
The air conditioning was not effective. It struggled to cool the room. reception wasn't always staffed, i had to ring for 15 minutes to retrieve my luggage. the room lacked sufficient toiletries. Some items needed restocking.
