My room felt a bit worn. There were some marks on the doors. It needs some work, so it feels new again.

i found the location convenient. it was easy to walk to main attractions. the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of choices, a great way to start the day. the staff was helpful with directions and recommendations, answering every question that i had.
the in-room wi-fi was occasionally spotty , making it difficult to stream videos.

The breakfast had a lot of choices and tasted fresh. The location is great. The train station, tram stops, restaurants, and shops are within walking distance. I loved the library lounge with its complimentary coffee (perfect for a quick break). The staff helped create a family room for our stay.
The portable air conditioner in the room did not work well. I told the front desk, and they only offered a fan. It was a hot night, and a better solution would have been nice.
