friendly staff spacious room plentiful breakfast missing dresser no luggage stand missing fridge
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. I found the location great.. it allowed very easy walking distance from central areas. Breakfast was plentiful and they continuously topped it up.
There was no dresser for storage of personal items. There were no luggage stands for suitcases. We had to keep them on the floor . I did not like there was no fridge, microwave, or coffee maker in the room.

a tender memory near the lake
lovely atmosphere helpful staff gluten-free breakfast
the location between the train station and the lake was wonderful i thought. the bar had a lovely atmosphere and beautiful decor, like a dream. the staff was so kind and helpful, they seemed like dear friends. the gluten-free breakfast treats are delicious.
There wasnt any dresser or furniture for storage. Our suitcases lay on the floor. it felt a little bare, a touch i missed. i wish there had been a small fridge to keep water cool.

The hotel has a bar open 24 hours. It is great for returning from concerts. a courtyard provides relaxing and drinks. i found parking near to the hotel to be useful.

basic stay with issues
missing refrigerator small drink portions
the room lacked some expected amenities I found no refrigerator to keep drinks cool the absence of even a simple glass to drink water was surprising. also the inability to easily charge my phone was frustrating the european socket was not usable. the drink portions at the bar seemed quite small considering the price.

i needed a spot before my flight. this place surprised me. the location was convenient. the staff was customer-oriented. the bar and lounge downstairs added value. i found a nice workspace, too.
The room got a little warm. The air conditioner did not seem to work very well, but it was a minor issue.

The location is really good. It gives easy access to the main district. The lobby area is nice and I like the bar area. The rooms felt quite.
The room was small. It felt stuffy for what I paid. I had to open the windows because cooling was off so I heard street noise. The bathroom had no ventilation.

spacious room clean room accommodating staff
The room was spacious and looked just like the photos. The room was very clean and quite comfortable. The staff was super nice. They did their best to accommodate us (which I really appreciated).
The room had no fridge. Nor did it include glasses or space for personal items.

The hotel provides easy access to nearby trams. Multiple restaurants and shops are also within walking distance. a grocery store is located just down the road, offering convenient access to necessities.

faulty air conditioning street noise
the location was acceptable, near food markets and a tram stop.
The air conditioning did not work properly. There was also a lot of street noise because i had to open the windows facing the main street. Finally, there was no electric kettle in the room.
