generous room fresh pastries modern reception welcome snacks
The room size was generous and offered a good view. Breakfast featured a great selection. I particularly enjoyed the fresh pastries. The reception area was modern and well-kept. I found the provision of welcome snacks and drinks to be a very nice touch.
The lift took quite a long time to arrive. This was a little frustrating at peak times.

slow lift non-functional lights
The lift service was notably slow , and this caused considerable delays. one lift was out of service , and i often waited an unacceptable amount of time. i also observed a lack of attention to detail in the room . Bedside lights did not function at all.

very nice breakfast friendly staff comfy bed
the breakfast choices were very nice i found friendly staff everywhere i looked the white company toiletries added a touch of luxury to my stay i also enjoyed the room's comfy bed it helped me sleep well . the location was super convenient it made getting around easy. the room itself was great and met all my needs.
the lifts were a bit slow during peak times i sometimes waited longer than i wanted. i hope they can improve it!

spacious bathroom good cookies
the room was a superior double room. the bathroom included a very spacious layout and a formidable shower!!! the hotel provided waters and cookies in the room, so nice after a long day.
The elevators took a long time. The wait felt a little stressful.

non-working lifts high noise
The lifts were a NIGHTMARE. Waiting for ages is bad enough, but only three working lifts for the entire hotel is ridiculous. I also found that the noise levels were quite high. My room faced a busy street, and the sounds of traffic and nightlife made it difficult to sleep, even with the windows closed.

convenient location welcome drink beautifully presented room dirty table no cutlery wet table
i found the location convenient. it is close to the city center, less than a 10 mins walk. the reception area was modern. we received a welcome drink upon arrival, it was a nice touch. our room was beautifully presented.
the breakfast experience disappointed me greatly. i visited around 9am. every single table was dirty. there were no cultlery available. staff seemed to put clean cutlery on wet tables.
