I appreciated the room! It was spacious, Super clean, and beautiful. The staff was also amazing, approachable, and professional! The food in the bistro and bar was fantastic! I extend a massive thanks to Mal and Dan for making my birthday trip a special occasion!
The shower had very little pressure. It made rinsing a bit difficult.

the room included bathrobes and slippers (a nice touch). i found ample parking available. the location was convenient, near the ferry terminal. staff members were friendly, professional, and accommodating.
the sink plug in the bathroom was a bit wedged.

the location was useful it was close to transport links
the room seemed outdated the bathroom was especially disappointing the shower pressure was weak and the temperature fluctuated it made showering unpleasant the lack of soundproofing was also an issue i could hear noise from other rooms and the hallway late into the night

the staff was very friendly! a particular member was alastair, he took good care of us and our dogs. breakfast was plentiful and fresh. i thought there was a really good selection of items available.
the room was very hot. i couldn't open windows. a fan was going all the time i was in the room. the room could have been anywhere, it did not feel very scottish at all.
