The location was great. It was near a shop. The pool area seemed lovely. The entertainment team did a good job. My daughter liked the kiddies disco.
Our room was not cleaned properly. Mugs were not washed or replaced. The food got repetitive, especially the pork. The all-inclusive bar closed early at 11 pm.

the staff allowed us an early check-in, which i appreciate. the room had a hob, fridge, kettle and toaster. maid service came five times during the week. the location allowed easy access to shops and the beach.
the wi-fi access seemed spotty at times, frustrating when planning the next day's activities.

The entertainment staff was skilled and engaged both adults and children. I was pleased with the cleanliness of the pool area. There is a shop located on the premises and I found its convenience beneficial. I liked the central location of the hotel giving easy access to nearby points of interest.
I noticed there were insufficient cooking pots in the apartment.

The location was great, everything was close by. the staff were very friendly and helpful, really made a difference. i particularly enjoyed the wide variety of food available. the buffet for all meals was extensive and varied. I had no complaints.
the pools were a bit cold even if one was heated. it could be better.

I enjoyed having a large room with a separate bedroom. It was comfortable. The walk-in shower was spacious. The kitchen and lounge area were useful. I appreciated the big outdoor space with a table, chairs. sunbeds. It was convenient.
The all-inclusive package could include a broader range of cocktails. A sign indicating included beverages would be helpful.

Pleasant stay with some minor issues

I appreciated the heated pool, especially during cooler evenings. The apartments provided ample space. Its location is perfect. Beds are comfy, and nights are quiet.
Our room lacked air conditioning. The bathroom was a bit moldy. I did have to eliminate a few cockroaches. Small spiders were also present.
