i found the location to be excellent and convenient. the room had a lovely outdoor area and all descriptions proved accurate. i also found the staff consistently friendly and efficient when addressing any minor concerns.
the check-in process seemed protracted.

I enjoyed the convenient location near the beach. The bungalow was cleaned daily by friendly staff. I received excellent service from the customer experience team (they promptly provided needed cooking equipment). There were nice swimming pools available.
The cooking equipment in the self-catering bungalow was a little limited.

The evening entertainment was a bit of a miss. It seemed sparse and lacked atmosphere. the poolside bar area felt deserted most nights. i also found the constant focus on 'beautiful' and 'royale' guests a little off-putting. it was great.

The staff was friendly. Mery did a wonderful job cleaning our room daily. The gentleman who arranged tours was very helpful too. The location was convenient with the beach being very close. I also enjoyed the ease of accessing various shops and services.
The poolside bar area was quiet, even though the hotel was full. It could benefit from more atmosphere, we didn't spend as much time there as we might have.

Our bungalow featured a lounge and a tiny kitchen area, very convenient. The large balcony included sunbeds. The air conditioning worked effectively and kept the room at a great temperature (especially useful during hotter days).

Breakfast had a good variety, offering fresh food daily. We particularly enjoyed the breakfast options. Lunch and dinner offered plenty of choice, so it was easy to find something we liked each day (especially the desserts!).
