decent family resort
quality pool towel multiple pools choice of time lack of sockets dated room times behind
the pool towels felt of a good quality. i liked there were several pools available. we had options throughout the week to spend time.
the room lacked sockets, so we sacrificed lights to charge devices. the hotel room felt dated. it could use some refurbishment. the hotel felt a bit behind the times, especially for a 5-star place.

excellent family hotel experience
multiple pools snack bar duplex room
I stayed for seven nights with my family. We have three kids aged 13, 10, and 7. we enjoyed the stay a lot despite some worrying reviews. the hotel isn't a true 5-star in quality and service, but it works great as a family resort. we found multiple pools, snack bars, and a large buffet restaurant. our duplex included an upstairs area with a super king bed and an ensuite. a large downstairs double bedroom and a big sofa bed.
The minibar wasn't stocked daily with water. i think a refillable bottle option should exist. the single outside bar exists only in the adults-only zone. i think staff should mix the cocktails better. The spirits are already there, and they would taste much better.

decent stay, but some issues exists
cold food poor cocktails
the room i got was clean and really big, it was cleaned every day. i really like the comfortable beds.
this hotel feels like its cutting costs to me. the food i ate here wasnt great, the buffet food was often cold. the cocktails werent very good, i think they just poured from a tap now.

helpful staff spacious room fun activity
The staff was helpful from the start. our room was spacious and clean. the pools provided fun activities. I relaxed in a beautiful setting. i would come back again soon. the food offered many choices, even for kids. the hotel location near the beach and shops was great. We will return. i changed pool towels daily. This was convenient.
