I stayed for seven nights with my family. We have three kids aged 13, 10, and 7. we enjoyed the stay a lot despite some worrying reviews. the hotel isn't a true 5-star in quality and service, but it works great as a family resort. we found multiple pools, snack bars, and a large buffet restaurant. our duplex included an upstairs area with a super king bed and an ensuite. a large downstairs double bedroom and a big sofa bed.

The minibar wasn't stocked daily with water. i think a refillable bottle option should exist. the single outside bar exists only in the adults-only zone. i think staff should mix the cocktails better. The spirits are already there, and they would taste much better.

the room i got was clean and really big, it was cleaned every day. i really like the comfortable beds.

this hotel feels like its cutting costs to me. the food i ate here wasnt great, the buffet food was often cold. the cocktails werent very good, i think they just poured from a tap now.

I relaxed in a beautiful setting. i would come back again soon. the food offered many choices, even for kids. the hotel location near the beach and shops was great.
