cold pools small handles
The breakfast buffet had a good selection of food.
The heated pools were a lie. They were too cold for a comfortable swim especially in the mornings. I complained but staff did not acknowledge the issue. The cupboard handles were difficult to grip given their small size.

limited seating uncomfortable chairs
The entertainment options proved inadequate. The Domo was closed for much of my stay. This limited available seating and enjoyment of the acts. The uncomfortable wicker chairs were not suitable for extended viewing periods. Bingo and Music Quiz pre-entertainment was also subpar.

great size balcony size balcony
the room was spacious with a great size balcony. it had two sunbeds and a table with chairs.
i found the pillows uncomfortable so i asked housekeeping to change them. the next one was rather hard. i didn't want to make a fuss, so i used the pillows from the sofa the last night.
