Balanced Stay
huge bed comfortable pillows sizeable balcony damaged towels faulty lift dirty lift
The room had a huge bed and two fluffy pillows. A huge TV was available as well. The bathroom included body wash, shower gel, and hand wash, I really appreciated this. The balcony was a good size, chairs reclined on it.
My towels had holes in them. One day, I waited over an hour for new towels. The lift was old, shook, and groaned. The inside of the lifts was dirty.

dirty floors missing duvet
the staff was friendly. kasia of public relations was attentive.
the room looked big. it was spacious but only had two duvets. there were three of us, so i asked for another. the floors were dirty. i was glad we had slippers!

spacious room well kept hotel
the room was spacious and clean. the hotel itself is well-kept. we were all inclusive and the food was magnificent each day (especially the meat).
