The host was friendly and gave helpful information on local activities. rooms were clean. They were not too hot for sleeping, even during this time of year. i received tea and coffee upon arrival and was shown to my room..
The advert states a shared kitchen is available. the kitchen is the owner's and cannot be used for insurance reasons. the ad should clarify the available facilities..

Everything in the room looks clean, and it was in good repair. The wifi worked excellent. The host seemed very friendly, and i enjoyed their presence.
The advert said a shared kitchen was available. I wanted to use it, but it was just the owner's. I wasn't allowed to use the kitchen for insurance. the owners smoke in the hotel, and they have a cat.

the room was clean and had everything i needed for a short stay. the hosts prepared guides to local transport so i could reach my concert at the stadium easily (a very thoughtful touch!).
the advert states that there is a shared kitchen, but it cannot be used "for insurance purposes".
