The room was quite spacious and clean. Free underground parking was a massive plus. The location was great. It was quiet yet only a short walk to the center.
The check-in process was very confusing, the instructions were unclear. It took six attempts before I received a call back. The room was cold. I had problems figuring out how to close the curtains, they were external metal shutters.

The apartment size was really good. It had everything I needed. The location was quiet, yet it was only a short walk to the centre.
The check-in process was confusing. Instructions provided were unclear. I had to call for help. It took six attempts before I received a call back, and the conversation was hard to understand as the receptionist's phone quality was terrible. Check-out was also confusing. I was told to leave the key in a 'golden postbox,' which I could not find after walking around for 10 minutes. I just left the key elsewhere.
