Acceptable but with issues
helpful staffuncomfortable bedlimited food
The staff were friendly and helpful .
The room was too hot and there was no air conditioning, THIS was frustrating. The bed was also VERY uncomfortable. I found it difficult to get a good night's sleep. The limited food options meant I had to order the same burger two nights in a row.

The food in the bar tasted beautiful and the service was nice. the pool was warm. The steam room was lovely. my room was very nice. It was also clean and had everything i needed.
the automated check-in system doesn't offer a proper human meet and greet.

A stay with some minor drawbacks

The bar area was lovely. I thought the bar staff was friendly and the selection was great. There were also many smaller rooms near the bar. This provided options if I wanted a change of scenery or a quieter space. Free parking was easy to find on the university campus.
The banging doors were unbearable. I noticed one door in particular , made me and my daughter jump when it slammed. This slamming happened until midnight and then started again at 7am. A phone in the room for room service would have been nice.
