the room was generally clean and the tea, coffee and biscuits provided were a welcome extra.
The heating system was a major inconvenience. I had to contact reception multiple times to get it turned on, and it seemed to shut off automatically after a couple of hours, quite annoying (especially since it was quite chilly outside). additionally, i found the bar staff to be rather noisy. There was a lot of shouting back and forth among them and they were quite loud when handling glass bottles.

the location WORKS PERFECTLY. It is VERY central. The breakfast selection was great. Staff were pleasant and helpful.
The room was very cramped. The bed was the most uncomfortable i had ever come across in a hotel. The beds were on castors and moved easily.

The room features a comfortable bed (i could sleep forever!). The shower had good pressure and temperature controls. The room included a flat-screen television with multiple channels, too.

the location was convenient, close to everything i wanted. food was reasonable, and i found everything i ate to be quite good. the staff also, they were nice and always ready to help.
there was a noticeable bad smell that seemed to come from the bathroom sink. the smell reminded me of something dank and unpleasant, i noticed it whenever the water was turned on. it wasn't the best experience for what i would consider a four star hotel.
