The breakfast was really nice, especially the variety of options offered (i loved the pastries!). i found the staff friendly and helpful. They were always available. the location was fantastic, a short walk to many local attractions.
the window in my room was a bit stiff to open, but it wasn't a major issue.

My standard double room included a tv with satellite channels, which i really appreciated. the room included tea and coffee making facilities. The mini fridge was useful. the bathroom has complimentary toiletries. It includes a shower and a bathtub.

Reception staff are available 24/7. They can assist with queries at any time. housekeeping provides daily cleaning services. I found them meticulous. the hotel offers luggage storage. This helped with an early arrival.

The bed was comfortable enough .
The breakfast service was slow. I had to ask multiple times for coffee. The evening manager was unhelpful when my request for a drink was denied because the bar was supposedly closed, even to a resident. This was FRUSTRATING.

the evening manager was rude when i asked to be served a drink. i returned after enjoying a local chinese meal, but the staff member said the bar was closed. they insisted i went up to my room.
