lovely room nice gardens low shower pressure noisy location
the room was lovely, and the gardens were nice. i noticed many little touches in the room. the included breakfast was great value for money.
the shower pressure was low. i also noticed it was VERY noisy, next to the pub garden.

A GREAT stay NEAR the airport

friendly staff super clean room delicious dinner quiet garden
the staff was friendly. they helped me with directions and local tips. the room was super clean and well kept. i enjoyed a delicious dinner at the restaurant. the outdoor garden provided a relaxing space. i particularly enjoyed sitting there in the evening. it was very quiet and peaceful. breakfast offered a nice variety of options, including fresh fruit. i found the location convenient for my early flight.
the water pressure in the shower was a LITTLE low.

FANTASTIC stay NEAR gatwick

helpful bartender breakfast selection
Aimelee, the bartender, was helpful! She assisted me with a difficult scheduling issue and were very good. This hotel is an EXCELLENT place for anyone needing a layover. Breakfast in the morning was a treat, with an awesome selection of dishes that tasted wonderful.
The noise from other guests was noticeable through the walls. I could clearly hear the guest next door unzipping her suitcase. Some sound deadening in the rooms would improve the guest experience.

charming stay!

friendly staff fabulous breakfast
the staff was really friendly and helpful. breakfast was fabulous and it was included in the price, which i appreciated a lot. i would highly recommend this place for its service and amenities.
The room i was in was described as a garden room. it overlooked the pub's beer garden. it was quite noisy during a warm evening, and i could hear conversations from the tables outside the room.

i liked the spacious room. the bed was comfy and large. the room had all needed facilities. good parking was available and the location was convenient.
i had to wait a little while for someone to check me in. this was slightly inconvenient.
