The breakfast service required improvements. The arrangement felt disorganized because I had to carry hot drinks from the buffet. the omelette took an unreasonable amount of time. It arrived well after my wife finished eating. reception personnel failed to mention how to access room service menus, causing us to assume none existed. this OVERSIGHT impacted our convenience significantly.

the staff are very attentive, they upgraded our room for my birthday. it was a lovely surprise. the rooms were very spacious and clean. the location of the hotel is near the lake.
i paid for parking. i didn't like that i had to pay extra for parking, especially since i was already paying to stay at the hotel. that was the only real issue.

the breakfast selection had unbelievable options. the variety set me up properly for each day. i could see the staff worked really hard to keep it that way.
