the hotel's location was fantastic for exploring. i easily walked to many attractions. the staff at the bar were friendly. i liked the daily water bottle in my room.
the noise level was too high. i could hear street conversations and music from bars outside my room. the balcony doors didn't close properly.

the reception staff stored my suitcase before check-in. i received an email when my room was ready early. the staff was efficient and helpful at all times.

The rooms were super clean and decor was nice. Prices are reasonable for the location. The staff was amazing, they was friendly and helpful. I was able to easily make parking enquiries and holding luggage was no trouble.
When neighbors flushes the toilet I hear a loud sound in my room.

Polite efficient service happened at reception and in the restaurant. The reception staff helped us with an upgrade and arranged for Prosecco to be delivered to our room upon arrival to.
