The room was VERY nice and clean. I found the location fabulous when visiting the Titanic sights. The staff were friendly and helpful.
The music continued very loudly until well after midnight. I did NOT receive any apology. The next morning I asked the concierge to book a taxi, but it did not arrive on time.

A Nice Stay in a Historic Setting

warm staffbig bedsoft towelhumming noise
The staff offered a genuinely warm welcome. The Superior King Room impressed me with its spacious layout. The bed was very big, and the soft towels and robes enhanced the luxurious feel. The wardrobe provided ample hanging space, and there was a proper-sized hairdryer.
I encountered a loud humming noise, possibly from the kitchen's extractor fans, that disrupted my sleep. I informed the front desk and while they sent a porter to investigate, the noise persisted, causing a terrible headache.

excellent foodfree water
The drawing room bar offered excellent food. My room had two complimentary bottles of water each day and tea and coffee facilities were available.. The location is great for visiting the museum, and it's well maintained.
The heavily trafficked street and poorly sealed windows made it noisy in the evening and early morning.
