I enjoyed the location. It was near the train station. i liked the room SIZE also. It suited my needs for a short work trip.
the room was dark. the layout seemed unsuited for disabled access. I informed the hotel about my needs BEFOREHAND.

The hotel is very close to the train station. The city center is also a short walk away via the bridge. Our room received an upgrade, it was very spacious and included a modern bathroom.
The reception staff lacked knowledge of the local area. The air conditioning did not go below 19 degrees Celsius. Windows in the room could not be opened, so there was no fresh air.

Underwhelming Stay. Issues with Air Conditioning and Access.

The location was acceptable being near the train station.
The room had no ventilation, and the windows do not open. I had to ask reception to turn on the air conditioning because the heat was unbearable. I was told the air conditioning system is centrally controlled, ridiculous since you can't open the windows. This is appalling given the hotel's price.

our room had some issues the shower lacked pressure and it made rinsing difficult i also found that the temperature control wasn't very consistent it kept switching off unexpectedly these small inconveniences affected my overall experience slightly the limited toiletries also were not great.

the hotel is conveniently near the train station. it made arrival and departure very easy for me. the room i stayed in was spacious and clean. the staff at the bar were also quite friendly, and provided good service.
The hotel does not accept cash payments. I found this a bit inconvenient. This was not initially explained to me upon check-in. the light was dim. I found it insufficient for proper visibility.
