a heartwarming stay!
complimentary provisions convenient parking wonderful staff special stay
The complimentary tea and coffee provisions were a lovely touch. our room offered a fridge stocked with water. the hotel's convenient car parking was a definite plus. the staff were great. it's the simple details that really shine.
Some areas could perhaps benefit from a touch of tlc. It's a very minor point though.

the staff were friendly and helpful. the room was clean and well stocked. the bed was big and comfy.
i felt sorry for the receptionist on duty the morning i left. she was on her own and the queue was quite long.

The location was central, near the train station! the staff checked me in early. I really appreciated that. the room was super clean and the bed comfortable, though.
There was no chair at the desk. That was a little inconvenient.

the room décor was well done, and the cleanliness impressed me. the location proved very convenient for accessing various attractions. i found the breakfast selection quite satisfactory. the friendly staff made check-in very smooth!
the walls could use a fresh coat of paint though.
