fantastic central stay
great viewlactose-free optionsfirm pillows
the hotel offered a superb location right by the central station (very convenient!). my upgraded room had a great view of argyle street and hope street. the bed was large and quite comfortable ensuring a restful night. breakfast was excellent with lots of choices including lactose-free options.
the pillows were quite firm (like concrete blocks!). i also noted the absence of slippers in my premium room which i found a little unhygienic. i expected a minibar, but it was empty.

the hotel is conveniently situated next to the central station, offering easy access to transportation. its prime location also makes visiting nearby restaurants and shops easy. access to the airport express bus is only five minutes from the hotel.

the reception staff was friendly and efficient. check-in was quick and they acknowledged my vip status. i received a complimentary room upgrade as a welcome gesture (i was very grateful). every staff member i encountered was professional and cute.

the breakfast buffet was very good. it featured a wide assortment of choices to suit varied dietary needs. it definitely suited me and ensured that i started the day just the way i wanted.

Amazing stay with fantastic perks!

I really loved this hotel, it's super clean. Rooms are amazing, the staff is super friendly and helpful, i liked the little extras, including morning complimentary coffee before heading to the airport. The bed is super comfy and i forgot my phone charger and they really were really good too help me out! it was a fantastic stay.
The music in bar played together with another music. It was pretty cold in the bar area.

The hotel features a gym, but it's out of action now. Breakfast offers many choices with elements of Scottish and English cuisine. There is a bar that serves Aspall on tap. free coffee in the morning.

The room was quiet, so peaceful. The air con worked well. The bed had quality sheets. There is half complimentary water bottle. The room also was clean.

The hotel is close to the central station. A bus ticket for the redline hop on hop off is available. The bus stops right in front of the hotel. The location is very convenient.

Mark was super accommodating and friendly. He provided five-star service! The reception staff are very lovely. I was delighted with their service.

inconsistent cleaningunpleasant walk
the room cleaning was inconsistent. on one day, the toiletries were not replenished, and i had to call down to request more shampoo. also, the discounted parking was a bit of a hassle. the public car park smelled strongly of urine, and walking to the hotel with luggage in the rain was unpleasant (it definitely wasn't the welcome i had hoped for).
