excellent food first-rate service helpful staff great location
i loved the excellent food and drinks. the service was first rate! the staff was wonderful, so helpful, and friendly. the location proved excellent for hill walking.

a highland gem!
friendly staff clean room crisp linen retro decor
I found the staff friendly and accommodating. They promptly addressed my requests and were always available. the room was clean and the linen felt crisp and new. the retro decor added a unique touch, and i loved the consistent theme throughout the hotel. it really did exceed my expectations, especially considering it was just a stopover.
The exterior of the hotel seemed a little tired. I noticed some areas around the rooms could use a bit of refreshing.

staff welcomed guests warmly and ensured fresh milk was readily available for tea. the staff readily stored bikes in a secure area. i was impressed with the really good service throughout the stay.

the hotel had a shop adjacent that offered inspiring and beautiful items. parking was available directly in front of the hotel. a cozy sitting room offered a relaxing space. there was a cycle path very close to the hotel.
