the bedside lamps had bright bulbs i didn't like. i noticed cobwebs on the ceiling, too. plus, the remote control for the tv was broken.

The room offered ample space. A QR code accessed the hotel guide. I found this convenient. I appreciated the offer to choose a reward for foregoing room service. This showed environmental awareness. I was impressed despite a minor hiccup.

I had difficulty with the reward link. It failed, and the room was serviced regardless. Addressing this technical issue would enhance the experience.

The bar service was slow due to limited staff. I waited a long time for someone to serve me, especially when I wanted tea (I LOVE tea!). At dinner, staff did not offer sauces until we asked. Getting those condiments took ages, and most of us had almost finished our meal. It REALLY got on my nerves.

The room wasn't properly cleaned. I found dust on the headrest and furniture. also, i discovered later that there was no hand soap available. i ended up using shower gel, which wasn't ideal.
