excellent stay for alton towers!
comfy bedamazing varietyroom character
We stayed for one night before visiting alton towers. the family room was fantastic, and the bed was super comfy. dinner and breakfast were delicious. I especially enjoyed the pancakes. a continental breakfast was available, with an amazing array of options.
the rooms felt a bit short on character. it could use a spruce up to look more modern.

our room was spacious and clean. there was a convenient parking area located just outside the door. everything we needed was available in the room.

The views to the back of the building were fine. I found them very peaceful. there was also a large play area for children. parking was private and directly in front of the room, very convenient.

the staff were friendly and helpful . charlie especially took great care of us in the restaurant. nothing was too much trouble for them.

The food was AMAZING!!! the breakfast buffet offered a good selection of items. afternoon tea was good. It catered to individual preferences. portions were large, and we all thoroughly enjoyed our meals.

Staff provided great service when a powercut happened. Rooms were surprisingly cosy and clean. i appreciated the new bathrooms with fast hot water
the paving slabs outside the conservatory felt uneven.

The staff was very cute. I liked that this place is close to Alton Towers. It was only a short drive. I appreciate the vegan options. They were really good for our needs.
The location was hard to find in the dark and rain. I got soaked trying to find the entrance road! It was separate from the actual Inn? The rooms seemed very dated. They could use some updating.
