The breakfast was good.
The lack of air conditioning was a problem, especially when it was very warm. I was disappointed that no one mentioned the parking charges at the site and no signs were visible about it. I think it is important to disclose all the fees.

The room was sufficiently spacious. I found the bed quite comfortable. The bathroom was well stocked, and I liked it.
The car park is small. It seemed that there were charges, but there were no signs to confirm. the room lacked air conditioning, a problem during the summer.

the room had a super comfy bed and extras were loads. i found great access to the garden a bonus. the view was beautiful and peaceful, its true.
The breakfast was terrible. I waited for tea that never turned up. toast arrived 10 minutes after breakfast, its true. i think that staff were pretty spikey when challenged about the bill. it was a shame the service was poor.
