the rooms were really clean and the beds were super comfortable! there was plenty of parking available. the staff was lovely.
the standard rooms are tiny, my bathroom was even smaller. there was no sound-proofing. walls were thin and doors were noisy

Wonderful food and friendly Faces

great selection friendly team home feeling
The room offered many TV channels for relaxation. The team, despite being busy was great. I was accommodated even without a reservation and will return during my next business trip.
I noticed that the stairs seemed quite steep. I feel some assistance could have been offered upon my arrival. My wife used crutches, which makes navigating the stairs difficult.

helpful staff excellent service small room noisy door
I found the staff to be very helpful and friendly. The food was delicious , and the service was excellent.
The room was quite small , MUCH smaller than I expected. The bedroom doors slammed noisily , and I could hear conversations through the walls.

the room was super clean it looked recently decorated the en-suite bathroom also looked refurbished there was ample parking available and free wifi was a benefit breakfast was included and offered sufficient choice. the evening meal was excellent i appreciated the available options. the staff were friendly and explained the facilities clearly

The check-in process was simple. The staff were friendly and efficient. My room was very clean. I was able to park easily, as there was ample parking available at no extra cost. The room had a comfortable bed. The included amenities met my needs. The restaurant had a pleasant atmosphere. I enjoyed the food and the variety of drinks offered at the bar. I slept well and the neighborhood was quiet. The hotel is close to local shops. It is also near some good restaurants. I found the value matched what I paid. Breakfast offered a good selection of items. I was able to get a nice start to my day. The breakfast service was very good. I also appreciated how helpful and cute the staff were.
The bathroom was a little small. I had no issues though.
