lovely city stay
efficient staffquiet roomcomfortable featuresmodern design
the reception and bar staff were efficient! the room was really quiet. it had comfortable features. plus everything was clean and modern.
the gym could use a few more weight plates. it's just a very minor thing though.

The room was great, i found it spacious. The bathroom was really nice TOO. The location was good for my needs.
i COULDN'T order room service. I tried multiple times, but no one answered the phone. I ended up going to reception and was told they don't do restaurant service on match days. THE iron marked my clothes because water had been left in it, causing the inside to rust.

The room featured a nice, large television. Breakfast was something I genuinely enjoyed. The bed was comfy. I found the shower amazing too.
The bar snacks felt limited. I bought a round of drinks, wanting lime. There were no limes available at the time.
