Mixed experience. Some issues with noise

The location was definitely convenient for seeing many sites.
I was VERY frustrated with the noise. Every morning, carts RATTLED down the hallways around 6 AM, followed by loud staff conversations. This CONSTANT noise made it impossible to sleep well. The soundproofing was definitely subpar, and I could even hear the neighbors' bathroom activities.

The room I had was so beautifull. The staff was friendly and they give helpful tips on local places. The breakfast include a great amount of food choices. The breakfast room are quiet at the times the hotel recommended.
The hard bed and the pillows I had was uncomfortable. I also notice late night noises but the hotel provide ear plugs, it's appreciated. The welcome letter was not appropriate addressed. I felt it's a disattentive detail.

I enjoyed the hotel's prime location so much! It was super close to the Duomo and other main attractions, made sightseeing easy. The staff was very attentive. They were very good too ensure I had everything I needed. I found the rooms to be clean, and they offered modern amenities, which I appreciated.
I noticed some minor street noise in my room at times. I think better window insulation could address this issue, and it's not a major problem
