a birthday treat with amazing views
executive room pink fizz friendly staff
Everything felt lovely. our executive room provided a perfect sanctuary with ample space and thoughtful amenities. It also included a super bathroom. discovering a bottle of pink fizz placed in our room in honor of my birthday, i felt deeply touched by this wonderful gesture. the rooftop bar offered a superb view of the duomo and the staff members were consistently friendly and helpful.
During breakfast, i noticed a very minor issue with the coffee machine. It seemed to be running a bit slow. otherwise, everything else was excellent.

Guests can enjoy the convenience of walking to the piazza republica and the duomo, landmarks that are very accessible. the hotel sits steps from the ponte vecchio and the ufizzi gallery, providing immediate access to these cultural sites.

an enchanting stay near the arno

The location proved really good. Its proximity to the arno offered convenient access to many attractions. i found the staff attentive, always ready to assist with any inquiry. breakfast presented a wide array of choices. the rooftop bar offered lovely views.
the elevator moved slower than i anticipated, occasionally making me consider the stairs.

the staff was readily available and always seemed happy to assist me! i found the breakfast buffet offered many options. the terrace provided a beautiful view of the surroundings. my room included a comfortable bed and a well-stocked mini bar.
the elevator was a bit slow, though the stairs offered a nice alternative.

river location gorgeous view attentive staff
the river location was superb!!! i had a gorgeous view right from my window. the breakfast room is also beautiful, i enjoyed the food too. the staff was attentive, they helped me plan my day.
the minibar prices were a bit steep, i think.
