a birthday treat with amazing views

Everything felt lovely. our executive room provided a perfect sanctuary with ample space and thoughtful amenities. It also included a super bathroom. discovering a bottle of pink fizz placed in our room in honor of my birthday, i felt deeply touched by this wonderful gesture. the rooftop bar offered a superb view of the duomo and the staff members were consistently friendly and helpful.
During breakfast, i noticed a very minor issue with the coffee machine. It seemed to be running a bit slow. otherwise, everything else was excellent.

the river location was superb!!! i had a gorgeous view right from my window. the breakfast room is also beautiful, i enjoyed the food too. the staff was attentive, they helped me plan my day.
the minibar prices were a bit steep, i think.
