The hotel location near Medici Chapel was superb. The Firenze SMN train station was within an easy walk. I found the complimentary mini bar a good touch. The staff demonstrated care by.
The walkway from the lift to my room had a caged floor with a high gap below. It induced slight vertigo.

The suite was spacious with a comfortable king size bed. The filtered water was a nice and unexpected bonus. I appreciated the quiet atmosphere within my room, especially given the central location.

The room was TOO hot, and I couldn't adjust the heating. Opening the window didn't help much due to constant noise from outside. The bed and pillows felt really hard. It was DIFFICULT to get any sleep at all.
