the location was unbeatable. palazzo vecchio was steps away, a view i woke up to each morning. fulvio and the staff were genuinely helpful, always available. breakfast at the cafe right outside was a perfect start to each day, watching the piazza come alive.
the bathroom size was quite small, especially noticeable. in a way it was also noisy.

a cafe is located immediately outside the hotel entrance. i enjoyed having breakfast there each morning, as it had a direct view of the piazza, allowing me to enjoy the scenery, but we loved the cappuccino.

the room was quite noisy at night it was not helped by a window not closing properly i found a strange bathroom layout you could see into it from the kitchen and bedroom areas some lights weren't working i was also told i would get more coffee pods but instead i was told to go to a supermarket

The location was perfect. the apartment was spacious and very clean. the staff was helpful. They gave us a bottle of champagne as a cute gift. the square right outside is awesome. It is next to the uffizi gallery.
the bed wasn't as comfortable as we would have liked. it seems common across europe. i also noticed there wasn't laundry available.

the location is right at the heart of the piazza. it was convenient for getting around. the room was tiny, though i didn't really mind.
The bathroom was small. There was no space to put toiletries. a small stool below the sink was constantly wet.
