Fantastic Stay!

super clean room coffee selection fresh salmon polite staff

Our room was super clean. We had a lovely selection of teas and coffees available, a real treat! Breakfast included fresh salmon with lemon and it tasted very good. The staff was polite and friendly.

The road noise was noticeable. Secondary glazing could improve the soundproofing.

The room felt spacious and cozy! There was a great tea selection, and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was clean. All of it was beautifully decorated.

the room was spacious, with an ensuite bathroom. i found a comfortable lounge area downstairs, it was very convenient! breakfast had a good menu.

i noticed there was no elevator to upper levels. there was no telephone in the room for contacting the front desk. my question about the tap went unanswered.

the staff was polite and helpful. breakfast included many menu choices, utilizing local ingredients. it was lovely being served by a friendly waitress. she. the staff member who registered us on arrival showed us everything.

there was some noise because of the old building, so doors opening and closing could be heard at night.

The hotel provides a private carpark. That was very helpful, since i was driving. the breakfast area is spacious and well lit. It made the morning a lot brighter! the hotel location provides easy reach to many cafes and restaurants.

The location was superb, only around the corner from town, so access was easy. our room was clean, and the staff were helpful. I really appreciated their kindness. the breakfast was beautiful, with varied and fresh options available each morning of my stay.

the initial check-in felt a bit impersonal, as there wasn't anyone immediately available to acknowledge my arrival.

the staff welcomed me warmly (i felt right at home!). the honesty bar was a lovely addition, with a selection of drinks and snacks. the location was convenient. i found the breakfast scrumptious with lots of choice and everything cooked perfectly.

the water pressure in the shower was lower than i would have liked, impacting the shower experience.

The location proved convenient for visiting nearby attractions. The breakfast included a great selection of gluten free options and was very tasty.

There was a problem with running the hot water for the shower. It took a while to get hot water to emerge from the shower and there was no cold water.
