excellent location friendly staff comfortable bed
I found the location excellent and close to public transportation. The staff were friendly. My room included a big comfortable bed. The breakfast offered multiple choices and fresh options.
I noticed some noise from the street at night. Earplugs helped.

great location relaxing area straightforward parking helpful staff
The location is superb, close to many attractions. I found plenty of areas to relax with coffee. Parking was straightforward, just across the street from the hotel. The staff was pleasant and helpful. They addressed all requests promptly (I really appreciated their efficiency).

solid stay
great location clean hotel secure storage
i arrived and stored my case securely and headed off straight into the city. the hotel is in a great location and it was really clean and well staffed. i could store my cases for the day to enjoy the city more when i left.
the quilt was soaking wet and stained when i retired for the evening. i brought the quilt down to the night porter for a replacement. the duty manager assured me that i would be contacted in the next 24 hours, though this did not happen.

small room sticky residue
The room was very small. The bed was against the walls. It was quite inconvenient! the cleanliness was subpar. I found a sticky residue on the table that I had cleaned, but it was not properly addressed by housekeeping.
