The location is superb, close to many attractions. I found plenty of areas to relax with coffee. Parking was straightforward, just across the street from the hotel. The staff was pleasant and helpful. They addressed all requests promptly (I really appreciated their efficiency).

i arrived and stored my case securely and headed off straight into the city. the hotel is in a great location and it was really clean and well staffed. i could store my cases for the day to enjoy the city more when i left.
the quilt was soaking wet and stained when i retired for the evening. i brought the quilt down to the night porter for a replacement. the duty manager assured me that i would be contacted in the next 24 hours, though this did not happen.

The room was very small. The bed was against the walls. It was quite inconvenient! the cleanliness was subpar. I found a sticky residue on the table that I had cleaned, but it was not properly addressed by housekeeping.

I found the location to be central, providing easy access to shopping and a variety of restaurants and pubs. The staff members were consistently cute and provided assistance whenever needed.
The room I had was somewhat small. It was essentially dominated by the bed. There was only limited space for other furnishings or movement, which might be a concern for some guests.
