Everyone was polite and helpful. the doormen helped with luggage, and the concierge offered local attraction suggestions. room service was prompt, and my food was prepared perfectly. breakfast in the dining room included fresh-pressed juices.
the wi-fi connection was spotty.

I really loved how clean everything was! the staff were so friendly and helpful, and the hotel had an amazing atmosphere all around. plus, there were multiple bars and dining spots, all super high-end. It was an awesome experience from beginning to end!
I was pretty surprised and a bit annoyed to be ignored by the doormen when i got out of my taxi. they seemed way too busy chatting to even welcome me or help with my bags! it kinda spoiled my arrival, and when i left, the doorman was glued to his phone and didn't even say goodbye. I thought it was a shame since i loved everything else.

The concierge provided helpful service. They secured some last-minute reservations for me. The hotel restaurants offered delicious options, too. They became quite important given the unpredictable weather. WOW, i'd stay here again.
The gym got unusually crowded at peak hours. It made it slightly difficult to use all the equipment.

the staff gave an amazing welcome. the room had elegant decor, including perfect pillows. breakfast presented fresh food. i felt very welcomed during my entire stay. the hotel is located close to stephen's green. the location allowed us to walk to many places. the hotel provided a nice experience and great service.
the doormen ignored us upon arrival. they seemed very busy talking. this made it difficult to get assistance with our bags. i would have liked more help during check-in.
