The location was convenient. Piazza san marco is only a short walk. my room was a superior double or twin room canal view, and the staff were friendly. breakfast offered a nice selection. I found enough choices for my taste.

The location was superb. I found everything very close. Breakfast offered good choices and the staff was quite friendly. They cleaned the room daily, very polite.
The pillows were very thin. The bed could have been more comfortable.

The location IS fantastic , a short walk to both San Marco and Rialto. I appreciated that the hotel offered a water machine FOR guests , available 24/7. This helped to keep us hydrated during OUR travels. I found the breakfast choice to be adequate , with cappuccino available upon request.
The air conditioning in my room was not GREAT , and it struggled to cool the space. The bathroom was quite basic , with no special toiletries PROVIDED. The noise from the hallway WAS audible , which sometimes made it hard to relax.
