underwhelming experience

clean roomslacking serviceunequal treatment
the rooms were clean and were of a nice size, i will give them that.
The service for food and beverage at breakfast really fell short of what i expected. i walked into the breakfast room, and the staff ignored me. after i gave my room number, they asked how they could help me. It seemed unnecessary. also, my partner received more attention and better treatment than i did throughout breakfast.

Uneven Experience

wrong alarmlacking apology
The fire alarm activated at 2:30 AM during my initial night. Hotel staff directed us back to our rooms post-evacuation. No apology followed this disturbance. Upon check-in, breakfast hours were not provided. I forgot the stay included breakfast.
